His recent reforms have led to a ban on all magical travel. He swears that such things as another gateway to hell being opened will not happen on his watch.

He has appointed various Anti Magic Inquisitors to the Anti Magic Board, tasked with investigating ALL occurrences of magical travel. Even feystepping is banned in federal controlled lands.
